Pricing

• All goods offered for sale through our website are priced in pound sterling or euros
• Customs and import duties are not included. The customer is responsible for payment of any surcharges. It is the customer's responsibility to ascertain any such charges.
• We accept payment by Cash, Cheque (drawn on a major UK bank) in Pounds Sterling (£) and we accept the following credit/debit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Solo.
• Prices do not include postage and packing.
• Prices are subject to change at any time and availability can vary. Please confirm prices and availability before ordering

Delivery

• All orders £300 or over, delivered within the UK, are free of any delivery or package charge
• Orders under £300 will be charged at £19.95. This will be added to your order at the "checkout" stage of your purchase.
• If ordering from outside the UK please contact us first for postal charges.
• All confirmed orders will be dispatched by courier within 4 working days
• If any delay occurs, you will be notified immediately. You will be given the option to arrange a convenient delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund.
• Please advise us if the package has not been delivered within 7 working days of placing the order, so that we can trace the parcel. Please be aware that packages being delivered overseas may take longer.

Returns

• All orders are checked carefully before despatch. Occasionally, items may be damaged, defective or unacceptable and we will make every effort to rectify the situation.
• We will do our very best to ensure full customer satisfaction.
• If goods are delivered damaged in transit, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Keep all the packaging material and we will arrange to have the goods uplifted at our own expense. If it is clear that the item has been damaged in delivery by the state of the parcel when it arrives, please do not sign for the package but refuse it as damaged. You will be given the option to have the item(s) replaced (if available) or to have a full refund.
• Customers are free to return goods for any other reason within 10 days of receiving them, but please ring for authorisation first. Goods returned that are not defective or faulty must be returned to us at your own cost, with the goods being insured against damage or loss. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Law and Jurisdiction

The contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All contracts made between Novus Contemporary Art and the customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of English courts.
